Returns
We at The Dab Hut L.L.C. value your satisfaction. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Regrettably, if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, and all components and accessories must be intact.
- Used items will not be eligible for a refund.
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; returns should be sent directly to us.
Conditions for Non-Refundable Items:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error.
- The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges if they want the product back after a non-refundable determination.
Special Note on Glass Items: We do accept returns on glass items, but they will be meticulously inspected to ensure they are unused. Any indication of use (such as material buildup or the smell of cleaning agents) will result in the denial of the refund. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges if they want the product back.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email. This email will confirm receipt of the item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
To be approved, your returned item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in resellable condition. A 10% restocking fee will apply, plus the original shipping cost (if your order was shipped for free). If you paid for the original shipping, this amount is non-refundable, and you will receive 10% less on the product cost to account for transaction fees and other incurred costs.
As a small family business, we are not in a position to accept used items. If your refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. If this is not feasible (e.g., the card or transaction no longer exists), alternative arrangements will be made.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective (dead on arrival) or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange.
Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please ensure the item is shipped to the exact address provided. Missing information can cause delays or lost shipments. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item, especially if it is missing information in the address, including the RMA number provided.
Price Matching
As a small family business, we do not have the same price matching policies as larger retailers. However, we strive to be competitive. If you find a lower price, please contact us at [email protected], and we will do our best to match it at our discretion.
For purchases made on thedabhut.com, you have 72 hours from your order date to request a price adjustment. This does not apply to Black Friday or 420 flash sales, which are one-day-only deals, and price adjustments cannot be honored for these promotions.
Retroactive reimbursement, when applicable, will be given in the form of a gift card, not credited back to the original payment method.
All price matching decisions are at the sole discretion of The Dab Hut. We will do our best to be competitive, but we cannot incur losses to compete with larger retailers.
